  1. Installation instruction for PageBuddy™ 1.0
  2.  
  3. 1.) Move PageBuddy™ 1.0  to the same folder that your (Netscape) browser resides
  4.  
  5. 2.) Create an alias and put that somewhere you have easy access to (AppleMenu, Launcher, Desktop...)
  6.  
  7. 3.) Startup your Browser and select the page you want to modify
  8.  
  9. 4.) Startup PageBuddy
  10.  
  11. 5.) Ignore any dialogs and choose "Menu Admin -> Set mail preferences" and fill in the
  12.       appropriate data. 
  13.       If the preferences menue are dimmed, select "Admin Entry" and enter with no password.
  14.  
  15. 6.) Set mail preferences and App preferences and save them
  16.  
  17. 7.) Close the TaskWindow
  18.  
  19. 8.) Choose NewReport
  20.

  22. Use BalloonHelp to get more info on PageBuddy.

  27. Tested on Sys 8.0, 8.1, 8.5, 8.5.1 and 8.6 on a PB3400, 7600/132, 8500/250, G3/233, G3/266
  28. and G3/333.

  30. Not tested with any third party tools that affect the appearance (Kaleidoscope et al.) or modify
  31. AppleScript / AppleEvents in any way.

  33. You need AppleScript installed and a Netscape 4 browser. (V1.1 will add support for InternetExploder)

  36. If PageBuddy for some obscure reasons, does not work with your System, please, pretty PLEASE,
  37. send me a bug report. I can't feel your problems - you should tell me about them. I can't fix things
  38. i don't know about.
